Just got back from B'fast at my time 11.10am. Saw an all new apartment yesterday, no tenant yet in the building, the landlord is an old man who is supervising the renovation, and bought all things, including tiles, floor marble, lightings, jacuzzi ,toilet bowls, electrical appliances from china and thailand, which include korean and italy brands, but i think all made in china.
v on the ball old fellow , he said his blood pressure goes up n down when the apartment was under renovation. i think i will die if i have to deal with the local construction workers.
However , i think he did a good job, maybe his son encouraged him to do , so he is fully occupied , thank god he didn't die from the up n down.
The apartment is 5000 sq ft. we are worry about the size . but in dhaka, big means good, so can't get small n good apartment. i am scare of the cleaning. He said he chooses tenant ,so hopefully he likes us n rent it to us. I am also concern about the electricity supply , as he is building he dream apartment but not sure he thinks of the many appliances that need power. Got steam room cum shower cube in the one level apartment (not sure i will ever use it) Foot massage machine , pop-corn machine for party use , etc. Funny old man.
