Pineapple

down with flu and coughing ,whenever i smell the perfumed insect repellent , i cough even more . today ,too sick to go out to breath dusty air ,shop are close in Gulshan on sunday anyway . so decided to stay in hotel room , when the house keeping came i waited outside the door  for them to finish their job , i asked them must vacuum the room properly because i realized the room has not been vacuumed for quite awhile , very quickly the house -keeping lady said " hi madam is it ok ?" i went into the room , my god it smelled like a highly perfumed room that immediately make me cough like mad , i decide to call express service to ask to speak to the duty manager , the polite person on the line said he can help ,  i told him no , i want to talk to the right person , so no confusion . i left my room's door open to let the air out and put on the highest aircon power, 2 persons appeared outside my room , one came in ,told me he is from front desk , the coward stayed out .i told him i want to speak to duty manager or house -keeping head , no point talk to 3rd or 4th party , the message will not get there [ experience talk ] , after he make a call , the house keeping head came. i told him ," no more deodorant  spray in my room, your house keeper think the spray is good and want to be nice to me so she sprays more , it does not make the air fresh , it pollutes the air in the room , especially when the aircon is not on , deodorant is expensive '' he interrupted " yes , madam" , " but i don't need it ,i cough when i smell it , now i want you to get me a pineapple, not for me to eat , i want to get the smell off my room now , cut the skin off the pineapple put on a plate , i want the skin , and cut pineapple into half and put on the same plate , i will place it in my room to 'refesh' my room ." i decided not to be nice when i am sick , staying in a 5 stars hotel charging a high price and with many but ignorant staffs stress me . After a while , room service guy came with a plate of beautifully cut pineapple , i was thinking , OMG, maybe should talk to the kitchen head not the house keeping head for the 'refeshing pineapple' .so i repeat the request , tell the smart looking guy why i needed a pineapple , how it should be cut , i repeat 2 times , he said"  i know" . he came back with a pineapple nicely sculpt , pineapple head intact , 7 slices half in half out with skin intact . in my mind i thought 'ok lah , i can cut farther to make it more 'expose' so to get more aroma out .' after i cut farther , i decided to detox my throat before detox the room so i eat a few slices with my hand-carry sea salt , feel sooo good
